Retreat Details:

This is a private class, scheduled by Tonya. If you are not part of her group, but you would like to schedule a retreat, please call to get your group on the calendar! 940 988-4182

One level retreat center with backdoor covered entry for easy access (one slight step down at the back door!).

Two bedrooms with 3 twin beds in each room are furnished with comfy mattresses and bedding. 

One bathroom with shower is shared by all participants. Unfortunately it is not handicap accessible. 

Six large worktables with large comfy chairs for each person are available as well as 2 ironing stations and one cutting table.

Headquarters General Store Quilt Barn is located next door to the retreat center to offer convenient shopping for anyone interested!

Availability for 4-6 people with a minimum of 4.

Minimum stay of 2 nights. 

Check-in for this retreat is at 10:00 a.m. on October 15 and check-out is noon on October 18.  

Pricing:

$85 per person per night. The total for this class will be $255, with a nonrefundable deposit of $85. The balance will be payable upon completion of retreat. 

Meals: 

3 meals per day will be provided with breakfast, a light lunch and self-serve dinner. (No breakfast on check-in day, but it will be offered on check-out day!)

We apologize, but at this time, we are unable to provide different meals to meet dietary needs. Prior to your stay, we will be in contact with your group coordinator to advise about the exact menu. Ample time will be given so that you will have time to make other arrangements, if needed. (There are limitations in the facilities, so we ask that you let us know of other arrangements you plan ahead of time.)
